Terms of Service
The terms for using the WorkLink website, products and services.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and WeKnow Consultancy Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202012591W), Singapore ("we", "us", "our"), which operates WorkLink. They apply when you use the WorkLink website or buy any WorkLink product or service. You accept them when you sign an order, pay an invoice, or tick to accept them online.
WorkLink is for businesses. It is not offered for personal, family or household use. If you accept these terms for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business, and "you" means that business.
These terms are made up of this page, Schedule A (Data Processing Terms) and any order or written proposal we agree with you. If they conflict, the order or proposal applies first, then Schedule A, then the rest of these terms.
2. Our products and services
- Software: AI Chatbot, Team Inbox, CRM and Owner Dashboard, sold as subscriptions.
- Ads services: Ads Check, Ads Fix and Ads Care for Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
- Aperture is provided on aperture-ai.run under the terms published there, not these terms.
We will provide our products and services with reasonable skill and care.
3. Early access
Products marked "Early access" are not generally available. Joining early access puts you on a list; it is not an order and does not oblige you or us to anything. Features, plans and prices for early-access products may change before launch, and we do not promise a launch date. If you use an early-access product, it is provided as it is, may change, and may have faults; the commitment in section 2 to reasonable skill and care still applies.
4. Prices, payment and renewal
- Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are shown on our pricing page or in your order.
- If goods and services tax (GST) applies to our supplies, it will be added at the prevailing rate and shown on our invoice.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, as chosen in your order.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. For annual plans, we will remind you at least 30 days before renewal.
- We may change our prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice. A new price applies from your next billing period after the notice ends.
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless your order says otherwise. If an invoice is overdue, we may suspend the service after giving you 7 days' written notice.
- WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta. You pay them to Meta directly, at cost. We add no markup. Your advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta.
- Fair-use limits stated for a plan, such as the number of AI replies a month, are part of that plan.
5. Cancelling and ending the service
- You can cancel a monthly subscription or Ads Care at any time; it ends at the end of the billing period you have paid for. Annual plans run for the year paid.
- Fees already paid are not refunded, except as stated in this section, where the law requires it, or where we agree in writing.
- We may end a subscription without cause by giving you at least 30 days' notice. If we do, we will refund the prepaid fees for the unused period.
- Either of us may end the agreement straight away by written notice if the other seriously breaks these terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of being asked to, or becomes insolvent.
- When a subscription ends, you have 30 days to export your data. After that, we delete it as set out in Schedule A.
6. Ads services: access and changes
- You give us access through the platforms' own user or partner invitations. We never ask for your passwords. You confirm you are authorised to give us that access.
- We ask for read-only access first.
- Before we change anything in your accounts, we send you a list of the changes, with the value before and after and how to roll each one back. We make changes only after you confirm in writing.
- You remain the owner of your ad accounts and are responsible for your ad spend, your budgets and the claims in your ads. Ad platforms may reject ads or restrict accounts for their own reasons; we are not responsible for that unless it is caused by our breach of these terms.
- No guarantee of results. Advertising results depend on many things outside our control. We do not guarantee enquiries, sales, costs or any other result. Any estimate we give is a range with its method, not a promise.
7. The AI Chatbot
- The AI Chatbot writes replies automatically. Like any automated system, it can make mistakes. It answers from the information you give it, such as your products, prices, promotions and policies, and you are responsible for keeping that information accurate.
- You are responsible for supervising the AI Chatbot, reviewing its conversations and taking over when needed. Our products let your staff take over a conversation at any time.
- You must not set up the AI Chatbot to make promises or claims you cannot support, or to give professional advice (such as medical, legal or financial advice).
- You will tell your customers that they may be chatting with an automated assistant.
8. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details safe and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- Have a lawful basis, including any consent needed under the PDPA, for the personal data you put into our products, and follow the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA and the Spam Control Act for the marketing messages you send through them.
- Accept and follow the terms and policies of platforms you connect, including the WhatsApp Business terms and Business Messaging Policy, and Google's and Meta's advertising policies.
- Do not use our products for spam, illegal content, or anything that breaks the law or another person's rights.
9. Third-party platforms
Our products and services work with platforms we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google and AI model providers. Those platforms may change their features, prices or policies, or restrict an account. We are not responsible for their actions, but we will tell you about changes that affect your service as soon as we reasonably can.
10. Your data
You own the data you put into our products. You allow us to host, copy and process it only as needed to provide our services to you. When we process personal data for you, we act as your data intermediary under Schedule A. We do not use your WhatsApp conversations to train AI models. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that do not identify you or any individual to run and improve our services.
11. Intellectual property
We own our software, website, report templates and other materials, and all rights in them. Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our software for your business while your subscription is active. Reports we deliver to you are yours to use within your business. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
12. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for our dealings under these terms. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, that the receiving party already had or developed independently, or that must be disclosed by law. This obligation continues for 3 years after our agreement ends.
13. Your indemnity
You will compensate us for losses and reasonable costs we incur because of claims by others arising from: personal data you put into our products without a lawful basis; marketing messages you send in breach of the Do Not Call provisions or the Spam Control Act; your breach of a connected platform's terms or policies; or content you supply that infringes someone else's rights.
14. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
- We are not liable for your advertising spend, or for results of advertising that we do not guarantee under section 6.
- Each party's total liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to your obligation to pay our fees or to your indemnity in section 13.
15. Suspension
We may suspend your access if you seriously break these terms, fail to pay after notice under section 4, or if a platform we rely on requires it. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
16. Events outside our control
Neither of us is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as outages of third-party platforms, natural disasters or government action. Payment obligations are not affected.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For existing customers, we will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
18. General
- We may use subcontractors, and remain responsible for their work. Neither of us may transfer the agreement without the other's consent, except to a successor of the whole business.
- These terms are the whole agreement between us about their subject and replace earlier discussions.
- If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right does not waive it.
- Notices may be sent by email to the addresses each of us has given.
- No one other than you and us has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce these terms.
19. Disputes and governing law
If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it in good faith for 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Schedule A: Data Processing Terms
This schedule applies when we process personal data on your behalf in our products ("Customer Personal Data"). You are the organisation responsible for that data under the PDPA; we are your data intermediary.
- Instructions. We process Customer Personal Data only to provide our services to you and on your documented instructions, including these terms and your use of our product settings.
- Our people. Only people who need access to provide the services can access Customer Personal Data, and they are bound by confidentiality.
- Security. We make reasonable security arrangements to protect Customer Personal Data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, and the loss of any storage medium or device on which it is stored.
- Sub-processors. You allow us to use service providers such as hosting and cloud infrastructure. We bind them in writing to protection obligations no less protective than this schedule. We will give you the current list on request and notify you of new ones. The AI model account that the AI Chatbot uses is yours: you open it with the AI provider you choose and give us its key, so that provider acts under your own agreement with it, not as our sub-processor.
- Transfers outside Singapore. Where Customer Personal Data is processed outside Singapore, we make sure it is protected by legally enforceable obligations to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
- Data breaches. If we have reason to believe a data breach affecting Customer Personal Data has happened, we will notify you without undue delay, and aim to do so within 48 hours, with the information we have, and help you assess and respond to it.
- Requests from individuals. If we receive an access, correction or consent-withdrawal request about Customer Personal Data, we will pass it to you, and help you respond where our products allow.
- Retention and deletion. When your subscription ends, you have 30 days to export Customer Personal Data. We then delete it from our live systems, and from backups as they expire, except where the law requires us to keep it.
- Information. We will give you the information you reasonably need to show that we comply with this schedule.
- No training. We do not use Customer Personal Data, including WhatsApp conversations, to train AI models.
