Can I buy a plan today?
Plans open to early-access customers first. The AI Chatbot, Team Inbox, CRM and Owner Dashboard are not live yet, and we can't give a go-live date. Ads Check, Ads Fix and Ads Care are available now.
Is ad spend included in the ads services?
No. Ad spend is paid by you to Google or Meta directly and is not included.
Do I pay per user?
No. Each plan is one price for your company. The plan sets how many users you can add: up to 3 users on Starter, up to 10 users on Growth, unlimited users on Pro.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. Done-for-you setup (S$490) is waived on annual plans.
Is there a setup fee?
Setting it up yourself is free. Done-for-you setup is S$490 one-off and optional: we train the chatbot, import your data and build your pipeline. It is waived on annual plans.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
WhatsApp message fees are set by Meta. You pay them to Meta directly, at cost. We add no markup.
What does “fair use” mean for AI replies?
Growth includes a fair-use allowance of up to 3,000 AI replies a month, and Pro up to 10,000. If you expect more, tell us before you sign up.
Can I stop Ads Care?
Yes. Ads Care has no lock‑in contract.
