WorkLink is the name of our website and product catalogue. Products are named for what they do: AI Chatbot, Team Inbox, CRM, Owner Dashboard, Ads Check, Ads Fix and Ads Care. Aperture, our AI tools product, keeps its own website at aperture-ai.run.

Rules we follow on every account
Your ad accounts, website and customer data are part of your business. We treat them that way.
Read-only access first
We start with view-only access to your ad accounts and analytics. We ask for edit access only when you choose a service that includes changes. We don't ask for your website password.
Every change listed, before and after
Before we change anything, you get a list of each change: what it is, the value before, the value after, and how to roll it back. Nothing changes until you confirm in writing.
Logged, so it can be undone
Each change is written into a change log for your account on the day we make it, so you can see what changed and roll it back.
Estimates, not guarantees
We don't guarantee enquiry numbers or costs. When we estimate an improvement, we give a range and show how we worked it out.
Your data is not training data
We do not use your WhatsApp conversations to train AI models. Our product demos and screenshots use fictional data only.
Prices you can see
Our prices are on our pricing page. WhatsApp message fees are paid to Meta at cost, with no markup from us.
