What is WorkLink?

WorkLink helps small teams in Singapore get more from their ads and their WhatsApp enquiries. It offers fixed-price Google Ads and Meta Ads services (Ads Check, Ads Fix and Ads Care) and an AI Chatbot for WhatsApp that is patient, professional and online 24 hours. A shared Team Inbox, a CRM and an Owner Dashboard that traces ad spend to revenue are in early access.

Can I use it today?

Ads Check, Ads Fix and Ads Care are available now. The AI Chatbot, Team Inbox, CRM and Owner Dashboard are in early access: they are not live yet, and Meta onboarding for our WhatsApp integration is not complete, so we can't give a go-live date.

Is the live demo the real product?

It is the WorkLink CRM prototype, filled with data for Brightway Aircon, a fictional company. Every person, deal and number in it is made up, and changes reset when you reload.

Do I pay per user?

No. Each plan is one price for your company. The plan sets how many users you can add: up to 3 users on Starter, up to 10 users on Growth, unlimited users on Pro.

Who pays for WhatsApp messages?

WhatsApp message fees are set by Meta. You pay them to Meta directly, at cost. We add no markup.

Do you need my passwords for an Ads Check?

No. You invite us as a read-only user on Google Ads and give our business partner access with “View performance” on Meta. We don't ask for your website password. See how to give read-only access.

Will my WhatsApp conversations be used to train AI?

No. We do not use your WhatsApp conversations to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
